Hi, I am a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been in private practice for the past 4 years. I am licensed in California, Illinois, Michigan, and Florida. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 15 years and I believe we all need someone who will walk with us through life and help us become the best versions of ourself.

First session
During our first session, we will discuss my background and practice guidelines and boundaries. Then we will discuss your reasons for treatment and how I can help. We will work collaboratively to make sure you leave with the best tools to prepare for this next phase of your journey.
Strengths
As an experienced Social Worker by trade, I focus on looking at the whole person and the things around them that are causing the disruption in their lives. I believe people are experts in themselves and my position is to help them learn themselves better and navigate life in the way they want to show up.

Treatment methods
Eclectic
I use a mixture of modalities to meet my clients where they are and help create a personalized treatment plan for them. I use a combination of ACT, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Person Centered modalities. The reason I choose to use these modalities is because they are based on continuing work outside of treatment and have an educational structure that can help clients feel as if progress is being made.
