LMFT, 4 years of experience
New to Grow
Hi, I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in California with four years of experience supporting adult clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and personal growth. I help individuals gain deeper insight into themselves so they can break old patterns, navigate change with more ease, and create fulfilling lives. As someone raised in Thailand and now practicing in the U.S., I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my work and honor the diverse identities and experiences each client brings to the therapy space.
In our first session together, we'll begin with brief introductions and give you space to ask any questions you may have about me, therapy, or what to expect from our work together. We'll also go through an initial assessment to better understand your current concerns, background, and goals. Most importantly, I'll listen with care to get a sense of what's brining you in and how I can best support you. This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for whether I'm the right fit for you--no pressure, just an open space to begin the conversation.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to meet clients where they are--with openness, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for their individual journey. Having been born and raised in Thailand and now practicing in the U.S., I bring a bicultural perspective that helps me understand the complex layers of identity, family, and belonging. I'm fluent in Thai and welcome clients from all cultural and spiritual backgrounds. Whether you're rooted in a particular faith or exploring your own path, I honor and integrate your beliefs into the healing process. My approach is eclectic--I draw from a range of modalities depending on your needs, goals, and emotional readiness. I work to understand you are a whole person, not just a set of problems. I believe the lasting change comes from reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been reelected, forgotten, or silenced. When these parts are welcomed back into awareness, deeper healing and transformation can begin.
I work best with clients who are ready to go inward and truly explore what's been holding them back. You maybe someone who feels deeply, longs for more meaning in your life, or is trying to understand yourself on a deeper level. My clients tend to be emotionally expressive, honest, and open to self-reflection--even if the process feels vulnerable at times. Many are navigating life between cultures, feel caught between who they've been and who they want to become, or are seeking healing that honors both the mind and the heart. If you're looking for a space where you can be seen in your full complexity and grow into a more authentic version of yourself, I maybe the right therapist for you.
I help clients recognize how their thoughts influence their emotions and behaviors so they can break out of unhelpful patterns. Together, we explore and gently challenge negative beliefs that may be keeping them stuck, creating space for new perspective and meaningful change.
I use Compassion Focused Therapy to support clients in softening self-criticism and cultivating a kinder, more understanding relationship with themselves. We work together to develop the compassionate inner voice, especially when shame or self-judgment feels overwhelming. This approach helps clients feel safer within themselves and more emotionally resilient.
I offer a culturally sensitive space where clients can explore their identities without fear of judgment or misunderstanding. Born and raised in Thailand and now living in the U.S., I understand the nuances of both Eastern and Western perspectives. This allows me to support clients--especially those navigating life between cultures or raised by first-generation immigrant parents--in finding clarity, balance, and a sense of belonging. I honor each client's unique cultural background and work to create a space where they feel deeply seen, respected, and understood.
I incorporate Jungian principles such as shadow work and archetypes to help clients connect with their deeper unconscious and uncover hidden wisdom. This approach supports personal transformation by inviting a fuller understanding of the self, including parts we may have suppressed of forgotten, so that healing can emerge from within.
I take a humanistic approach that honors each client's inner wisdom and capacity for growth. I believe that healing happens in a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My role is to walk alongside you--not as an expert with answers, but as a guide helping you reconnect with your own truth, values, and sense of purpose.
