I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with eight years of experience in the mental health field, working with families, couples, and individuals of all ages from diverse backgrounds. As a trauma-focused practitioner, I have dedicated my career to supporting clients impacted by toxic stress and trauma, including sexual assault, domestic violence, and community violence. Many of my clients face challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and my goal is to empower them with the tools and resources they need to reclaim their lives and thrive. I deeply believe in the power of empathy and compassion to help individuals overcome mental health challenges and lead happier, more fulfilling lives. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can share openly, discover their inner strength, and unlock their potential beyond what they ever thought possible. In addition to earning a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, I have received extensive training through community-based work. My experience at a local nonprofit, where I collaborated with educators, students, and clinicians, has shaped my approach and equipped me to guide clients through a wide range of challenges. I am committed to helping my clients embrace their authentic selves and achieve lasting growth.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and discuss the challenges you’re currently facing. This conversation will allow me to understand your unique needs and help us create a personalized treatment plan to guide you toward healing and growth in our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength lies in creating a warm, empathetic, and supportive space for individuals who may struggle with their sense of self. In a world that often feels dominated by judgment—both from society and from within—I aim to help others uncover the positive aspects of who they are and see their inherent worth more clearly. I deeply understand how trauma, toxic stress, and adversity can shape the way we view ourselves and the world around us. My hope is to guide my clients toward healing, helping them navigate the pain of their past while discovering their resilience. Together, we can work to reclaim a sense of purpose, joy, and fulfillment, allowing them to live a life that feels truly meaningful and authentic.
