I am a California License Marriage and Family counselor and I have been using the Couples Counseling approach in my practice for those couple clients that need help. I am an Arammu certified counselor, so I include this short and effective two-day relational checkup to start our couple sessions. If the couple needs more than two sessions we will continue regular couple's counseling. With these two therapeutic approaches I have been able to help couples identify their marital challenges and the reoccurring resentment that a problematic relationship leaves behind.
