Hello! I am so glad you stopped by and excited to get to work with you. My approach is always collaborative with each client. Each client is unique and so should each approach to tackle individual challenges. When we think about going to or starting the therapeutic process it is not an easy decision to begin, however, it can be so rewarding to make the changes or achieve goals set with real-time progress and with support. I am honest with all of my clients and understand that the therapeutic relationship takes time to establish and want clients to realize that real change takes time and is never a sprint to the finish line.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A first session is an opportunity to make sure we are a good fit for each other and can communicate within a comfortable atmosphere working towards goal completion. We will address identified stressors and discuss current tools and future goals to be addressed during sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I've gained experience with understanding the difficulties and challenges each population may face within the system. I have experience working with clients who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, LGTBQ issues, Childhood Trauma, Trauma Grief, Parenting Difficulties, Behavior Modification and Stress Management. Hope to talk with you soon!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I like to help clients understand how to work through negative thought patterns and feelings that produce negative behaviors and try and work to correct these negative thoughts to produce positive problem solving responses in their lives. Please be aware telehealth clients that my time zone is EST. If you are in PST sessions would reflect 1 hour behind my time. Thank you.
