I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over ten years of experience working as a therapist with individuals and groups. Things can feel overwhelming at times, and I want to help you lift the weight of life’s struggles. Change can be difficult, but so is staying in the same place. I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction, OCD, and ADHD. My preferred therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and related evidence-based techniques. My therapy style is one of genuineness and acceptance. I aim to empower you to deal with tough situations with resilience.
