Welcome! I'm a licensed therapist based in California with 8 years of experience of providing therapy. I am here to empower you and support you through many different life challenges, including stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and more. My goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively to provide a safe, nurturing, and compassionate environment to support you in reaching your goals and developing skills to help you achieve emotional well-being.
First session
In our first session, we will start with introductions and review practice policies and limits of confidentiality. During our first session, we will also discuss what challenges you are facing and what you hope to get out of our sessions together. We will also get to know each other to develop a strong therapeutic alliance.

I have experience with a variety of clients and life challenges, and tailor my approach to your unique needs. I am warm and empathetic, and help my clients navigate difficult topics and face gentle confrontation with care and non-judgement.

I support my clients in navigating life transitions, low self-esteem, uncomfortable levels of stress, and other challenging life experiences. I aim to hold safe space for clients as we work together to achieve their goals
Treatment methods
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use person-centered therapy as a way to help clients better understand themselves and their experiences. This style is client centered (meaning you are the expert on your own life), and uses empathy and unconditional positive regard to help clients reach their goals
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts and emotions can impact behaviors that may be causing impaired social relationships and reduce overall happiness. This style can help clients gain insight into how their thought and behavioral patterns may be impacting their lives, and helps them develop healthy new ways of thinking
