I enjoy helping clients to navigate life changes, process feelings, and learn healthy coping strategies. Sessions with me will be comfortable, relaxed and productive. I see California clients only.

First session
In the first session we will get to know each other, with the client ready to open up about their reason for coming to therapy. We will work through an initial assessment where I will gather important information about who they are and their history with mental health and counseling. We will also talk about what to expect moving forward.
Strengths
I am a great listener and interested in my clients' stories. I am empathic and helpful, and am proud to have had some clients for several years at a time. Sessions with me will be productive and helpful.
Ideal clients
Clients are young adults or older that would like a therapist to help process their life situation. Clients are ready to talk through their situation and are open-minded to change. Clients want to meet with me once per week or once every other week.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I've used CBT as a consistent treatment modality with my clients for the past 10 years. It is woven into sessions organically.
Supportive
Sessions are not necessarily structured, and I practice supportive therapy and reflective listening.
