Each individual is a unique, multidimensional being with expressions of mind, body and spirit. The continuum of health, is maintained through a delicate balance of these divisions within the human energy field. As a board certified holistic and energy medicine practitioner as well as a traditional Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I incorporate healing modalities, such as Mindfulness, meditation, Color Therapy and EFT to restore the energetic balance of my clients thereby facilitate healing and wellbeing.

Experiences from past trauma of any kind, regardless of how long ago it occurred can be debilitating and over intrusive to everyday living. It often becomes inbedded in the muscles and nervous system of the body, leading to overall chronic health conditions. Using clinically researched techniques, I am specially skilled to facilitate natural recovery from those symptoms, guiding the client towards greater health and wellness.
I work with adult persons, age 18 and beyond. My clients come from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds and experiences. The common is link often is life experiences which have created tremendous amounts of stress and usual means of management have not been effective. There is often fear, doubt, challenges and uncertainty of the Self and their potential. My mission is to make the journey to wellness one of Self discovery and empowerment.
Biofeedback treatment utilizes Heart Math Techniques a powerful tools to help you increase physiological coherence. Use of the coherence techniques in daily life will reduce the effects of stress and depleting emotions.
