I’m a bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in sunny Southern California. With over 13 years of experience in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families on their journey toward healing and growth. I believe that every person has a unique story, and sometimes, we need a safe and compassionate space to uncover patterns, heal past wounds, and rediscover our inner strength. My goal is to walk alongside you as we explore meaningful ways to cultivate resilience, deepen connections, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I’m here to help.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brings you in, and together, we’ll begin exploring your goals and hopes for therapy. This is a collaborative process, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. My priority is to provide a safe and affirming space where you can feel comfortable exploring all aspects of your identity and experiences.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a warm, person-centered approach to therapy, creating a space where all identities are affirmed and valued. I deeply believe in intersectionality and the unique experiences that shape each person’s journey. Through a collaborative and empowering process, I support my clients in embracing change, self-acceptance, and growth. I honor each client’s story and autonomy, helping them navigate life’s challenges while choosing the path that feels most authentic and fulfilling to them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals and families, including children, adolescents, and adults, who are navigating life’s challenges. My clients may be struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, gender and/or sexual identity, trauma, caregiver stress and fatigue, major life transitions, or everyday stressors that feel overwhelming. They are eager to heal and grow but may not yet have the tools or support to make meaningful changes. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help my clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
