Chinyere Ubah is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a graduate degree (FNP) from Rutgers University, New Jersey , and a postmaster’s certification (PMHNP) from Wilmington University, Delaware . She provides compassionate care to people living and working in New Jersey.
During her career, she has worked as an Advanced Practice Nurse in corrections, inpatient and outpatient addiction and mental health medication management, treating a diverse group of patients.
She has experience in multiple settings, working with children, adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges. She provides a personalized and evidence-based medication treatment that is designed to deliver the most optimal mental health outcome for her clients.

Once a diagnosis is made, we present you with options for treatment that are designed to meet your specific needs. Depending on your treatment plan, we can also refer you to other specialists.
