New to Grow
I bring both lived experience and clinical training to my work as a therapist, shaped as an immigrant, navigating a bicultural household, parenting, and changing career paths that deepened my understanding of identity, resilience, and life transitions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, and I support clients who are moving through change, stress, relationships, parenting challenges, or self-discovery with compassion and curiosity. I especially understand how overwhelming it can feel to hold multiple roles and expectations at once, and how important it is to feel seen without judgment. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to be your steady cheerleader and grounded support—helping you reconnect with your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and move toward healing with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
In our first session together, the focus is on getting to know you—your story, what’s bringing you to therapy right now, and what feels most important for you to work on. We’ll talk about your goals, what you’re hoping will feel different, and what support would be most helpful. It’s also a space for you to get a sense of me as your therapist, ask questions, and begin building a comfortable, collaborative connection.
My greatest strengths include building strong therapeutic rapport, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, and supporting clients in identifying patterns, reconnecting with their strengths, and moving toward meaningful change with compassion and clarity.
My ideal clients are high-functioning individuals navigating life’s challenges, including parenting, relationships, major transitions, and processing difficult partner or family dynamics. I offer a compassionate, supportive space to help untangle thoughts and emotions while building on each client’s strengths, insight, and motivation for growth. Together, we work to increase clarity, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and create healthier patterns that align with their values, goals, and overall sense of well-being.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
I provide culturally focused therapy for immigrants, people of color, and individuals from non-Western backgrounds navigating identity, family expectations, intergenerational dynamics, and the balance between cultural values and personal growth. I offer a space where clients can feel seen, understood, and supported without needing to explain every cultural nuance
Eclectic
I use an eclectic therapy approach, drawing from different evidence-based modalities such as CBT, interpersonal, humanistic, and mindfulness-based practices to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to provide flexible, personalized support that fits where you are and helps you move toward meaningful growth and healing
