New to Grow
Hola, and welcome! As a bilingual therapist, I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults navigating stress, anxiety, and depression—especially during times of change that may feel beyond their control. I strive to help them build practical coping skills that foster resilience, strengthen self-understanding, and cultivate a sense of hope. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how I can support you.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll spend time talking about what brings you to therapy, exploring in brief your story, and discussing what you hope to gain from the process. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and begin getting a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
Everyone has a unique story, and I believe therapy should reflect that. My approach is always tailored to each person’s individual experiences, strengths, and needs. If we decide to work together, we’ll approach the process as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being open in our work together. I’ll be there to listen with care, gently challenge you when it’s helpful, and support you every step of the way.
My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating challenges related to adjustment, anxiety, and depression. I have a strong background in supporting individuals through life transitions and emotional distress, and I am experienced in working with teens who have a history of self-harm, offering a compassionate and structured approach to promote safety, healing, and resilience. I meet clients were they are and we work collaboratively to achieve their goals.
