Hi! I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has 13 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. I foster a healing space where clients can reconnect with themselves, tune into their inner needs, and gain insight into their experiences. My bilingual and bicultural perspective allows me to connect deeply with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing a unique understanding of their struggles and empowering them to build resilience and meaningful connections in their lives.
During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. I will highlight some therapy informing materials, such as confidentiality and then take time to listen to you, learning about what has brought you in.
I believe that every individual has the innate capacity to heal. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can fully embrace your authentic self, feel seen and understood with empathy, and be respected as a whole person—someone who is inherently good and capable, though perhaps in need of developing new skills along the way.
I have extensive training in CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, systems, and relational approaches. In our work together, I strive to understand the core of what is causing your suffering or challenges. Drawing on interventions from these modalities, I tailor treatment to meet your unique needs. While coping skills are valuable, addressing the root of the challenge is what fosters true healing.
