I can help you navigate through change: job loss, grief, family estrangement, divorce/breakup, gender exploration, working on anxious attachment or people-pleasing. Together, we can work to integrate trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms into a life that feels worthwhile, however you define that. There's definitely more than one path for healing, and what can look like stability to some can be uncomfortably stifling to others. I will utilize a combination of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT skills (very optional!), feminist therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help you find your way forward.
My biggest rule in therapy is "no trauma shaming." That is, if you are sharing your trauma and include a qualifier such as "other people have it worse," I will remind you that your trauma is valid! Surviving trauma is difficult enough; shame is a log lying on the train tracks. We can move it, and move forward, with the correct equipment.

I am a Pennsylvania-licensed psychologist with 23 years of counseling experience with adults of all ages, from late-adolescence and across the lifespan.
My practice focuses on helping individuals develop personally meaningful ways of navigating anxiety and depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, time-of-life transitions, and identity development. These therapeutic partnerships often involve identity-affirming explorations of racial, ethnic, LGBTQIA, and neuro-diversity matters within clients’ lives.
I strive to help individuals feel deeply regarded as I support clients in exploring their experiences of self-worth, hope, flexibility, and compassion toward themselves and with others. I utilize a humanistic, strengths-based style while drawing on CBT, psychodynamic, and narrative techniques as I support clients' development of self-worth, flexibility, and self-compassion. We work toward positive growth and change and toward the development of nourishing, supportive relationships.

Hi, I’m Brittany — a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania who helps women heal from trauma, break free from intrusive thoughts, and manage high-functioning anxiety without burning themselves out.
Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside—carrying childhood trauma, people-pleasing patterns, chronic worry, or perfectionism that never seems to let up. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep powering through it.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outdoors with my family and dog, reading, traveling, going to concerts or comedy shows, or doing a Bible study. These things help me stay grounded — and I bring that same grounded energy into sessions.
Hello! I am Licensed Clinical Social worker licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maine. I believe that you are the expert of your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. You are taking steps to answer questions and find solutions to real problems. Many of us are navigating systems that were not designed to nourish us, and growing through hardships that leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed. I specialize in helping people (especially LGBTQ+ and minoritized communities) understand how therapeutic skills (acceptance and commitment, interpersonal skills, trauma work, emotion regulation) can be applied to overcome and liberate. By enhancing your strengths, reworking and relearning coping mechanisms, reframing beliefs about the world and yourself, and enacting mindful behaviors with intention, you can find a way through.

Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who supports women struggling with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts to start feeling like themselves again. I specialize in guiding women through the moments that shake your sense of self, including anxiety, burnout, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, career transitions, midlife changes, and the empty nest phase.
I work exclusively with adults who identify as women or with women’s experiences, including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum, career transitions, or midlife changes. Many of my clients are exhausted from holding everything together while quietly wondering, 'is this all there is?' They’ve often spent so long prioritizing everyone else that they’ve lost touch with their own needs, desires, and sense of self. You deserve more than just coping — you deserve support in reconnecting with yourself and your life.
I have been through things too. I don’t know your specific things, and I won’t pretend equivalence. But I also won’t pretend immunity.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and deeply practical, blending evidence-based tools such as CBT, mindfulness, and emotional regulation strategies so you leave each session with real skills. Whether you’re navigating early motherhood, a major life transition, or a midlife crossroads asking, 'who am I now?' this is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or have it together. You just have to show up. I’d be honored to support you in this next chapter of your life.

Hi, I’m Kris. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in EMDR and a deep commitment to creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and supported. Outside of my work, I love traveling with my family, getting lost in a good book on my front porch, and finding ways to be creative. I bring that same sense of curiosity, connection, and care into my work—because I believe healing happens best when we feel safe, supported, and truly ourselves.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience. I really enjoy helping people navigate the challenges of changing and maintaining roles in life---exploring young adulthood, how to maintain your own identity as a parent, how to create a life worth living in whatever stage you are in. I feel like I am very open, non judgmental, eager to learn, empathetic and understanding. And funny!
I am a gender affirming therapist. I am an ally in the LGB and TNC Communities, always keeping my eyes and ears open to find ways to improve my allyship. The current political climate is traumatic and oppressive to members of these Communities. I want to create space in session to discuss how that may be affecting you or retraumatizing you. I am also a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. I am comfortable providing documentation for medical transition.
I am very comfortable with working with those who use self harm as a coping mechanism--there is no shame or expectation you must stop when you engage in therapy. I'm fine with talking about suicide, whether it's your own personal experience of trying to find a life worth living, your experience of supporting someone who lives with suicide in their life, or grief around experiences of suicide. I do not believe inpatient hospitalization is an effective treatment for those experiencing suicide and do everything I can as a therapist to keep people out of the hospital when in suicidal crisis.
I do believe therapy is political. I am social justice focused, continuing to do my own anti-racism work. I believe in Health at Every Size. I believe that our environment and what we experience in life has a profound affect on us and must be discussed in therapy.
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware and Pennsylvania. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant. My approach integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CPT, and mindfulness; my approach is attachment, diversity and trauma informed.

A full-time school counselor, Colin Smith has been working with adolescents both in schools and in outpatient therapy for nearly twenty years. Working in both public and approved private schools as well as community mental health has provided Colin with various learning opportunities. Areas of experience include individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem deficits, autism, and conduct disorders. He has provided individual, group, and family therapy in school, home, and office settings. Colin believes in the power of rapport building and establishing a strong therapeutic bond through trust, and a lack of judgment. His approach involves using individual strengths to foster independence and personal growth.
I take a holistic perspective with my clients to address the health of body, mind, and spirit. I believe that a solid therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a crucial part of the healing process, and that techniques and therapy approaches must “fit” the client in order to be effective—there is no “one size fits all” therapy. My goal, as a counselor and therapist, is to deeply understand my client, and when this happens we are able to identify areas of life that need to be changed, and ways of going about doing that. Therapy is a collaborative process between a trained therapist and a client who wants to change.
