Welcome! I feel honored to have the opportunity to work with others and help them achieve personal growth and healing. I feel passionate about the profession of counseling. You are the expert in your life, but I will walk alongside you as you face the difficult questions and challenges that come with change. My job is to aid individuals in discovering solutions and becoming the best version of themselves.
Hello! I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor with a supervisor designation in the state of Ohio and a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my master's degree in community counseling from Malone University in Canton, OH. In addition to counseling, I enjoy coaching and refereeing sports at the youth level and at the high school level. I am a supporter of our military being a veteran and a father to three wonderful children
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background working with adults, adoptees, and trauma. My therapeutic approach revolves around building a relationship with my clients and establishing the core issue of what is a challenge for them by facilitating a place for them to be transparent with themselves, judgment-free. I have experience working with all walks of life and have held an assortment of different roles in the field working with social services, foster care, adoption, and healthcare. These experiences have made me well-rounded when it comes to addressing cultures and beliefs that differ from my own. The first step toward getting better is having the courage to ask for help. Let's meet for a session and get to know one another.
Hi! Are you feeling anxious, confused, depressed, or struggling with life in other ways? My name is Alyce and I offer person-centered therapy in a safe space for you to be heard. I like to focus on individualized treatment based on you and your needs rather than cookie-cutter therapy.
I have over 20+ years counseling experience with diverse populations and like helping others as I was helped earlier in my life.
I am passionate about genuine connection and supporting others in improving their wellbeing. Participating in therapy is such a unique relationship and to have a successful relationship, trust is so important. My goal is to connect authentically so that you also feel safe in showing up with your whole self. Before becoming a therapist, I was a preschool teacher and residential therapy technician for autistic youth. I've been a licensed mental health clinician for the past 9, working with cli5- 90 in a variety of community and school based settings. Now, I'm focusing on adolescent and adult clients who are looking for collaboration to explore more about themselves and determine how they want to participate in their lives- this may include learning emotional regulation skills, finding new perspectives, coping with mental health symptoms, or improving their relationships. I look forward to connecting with you and being part of your growth!
I go by Becky and have been working with children and families since 2004. I have provided many different kinds of case management and therapeutic services in my social work career.
I believe that wellness includes many factors of a person's life--mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Some of those things in your life might be in balance while other areas are not. You probably already have the ability to manage many situation or challenges with a combination of existing strengths and learned skills; we can add to those together.
My enjoy using play therapy. Through play child, families, and (yes!) adults can work through many issues in their lives. The best part is all the hard work doesn't feel like work. We learn skills by playing throughout our entire lives beginning with playing peek-a-boo; on the grade school play ground; sports and backyard games; as well as board games and card games with friends.
If playing isn't for you, I also provide the traditional "talk therapy" that most people are familiar. I received a specialization in Military Social Work during my master’s program at USC and have a passion for working with those, both children and adults, who have experienced trauma. Trauma can show up in a lot of different ways and look like many things. In counseling, we can use a combination of CBT, solution focused, and problem-solving therapy, along with Motivational Interviewing, trauma therapies, and Play Therapy when appropriate. Your plan, developed in your words, will be a great road map for reaching your desired destination. I would be honored to walk with you along that path.
Seeking help reflects the courage and drive that you already have within you.

I’m a Veteran turned Therapist.
I believe that the client needs to express the issues and trauma that they have along with being given coping skills and tools to deal with the symptoms associated with their issues.
I believe in being proactive. I don’t want the client to think that I’m just there listening and nodding my head. I want them to know that this is a collaborative process and I’m in it with them to help them become with self and overcome any obstacles in their way.

Both my personal experience of coming out of daily anxiety, and decades of supporting clients who were able to do the same, leads me to be confident in working with new clients who want change in their lives. I have a passion especially for those who have experienced destructive or abusive relationships in their family, intimate relationships or even within a religious organization. Healing, peace and joy are possible.
I tend to thrive in crisis. Ideal with the toughest cases of trauma, shootings, cults abductions, and domestic violence. I have been able to help so many veterans as well over the past 12+ years in my positions with US Service Animals, Simple, Practice, Grow Therapy and other telehealth platforms. I was an early adopter of telehealth and I have seen it. Make such a difference for so many people because of the comfort that is brought by being able to open up in an environment you know is safe, your own home/space. I take a solutions focused and a client centered approach. I am also insight oriented. I have a lot of insight when it comes to dealing with physical pain and disabilities as I have a visual disability since very young and suffered a TBI at age 24. I like to focus on what issues you are having and come up with coping mechanisms that will work for you. Dealing with the struggles I have had throughout my life has helped me work with people and develop creative and effective coping mechanisms for their specific issues. I have now lived and worked in several states with varying cultures and have benefited from all of these experiences. I have spent a lot of time in a hospital and work well with nurses and medical professionals as well. Please reach out if you think I can help and I will meet you where you are and see where we can go from here.
Hello. I have been a licensed Psychologist since 1998. Throughout the majority of that time my private practice was within a hospital, providing care for patients that experienced a significant medical issue that lead to adjustments in their overall mental health. These individuals were needing to make adjustments in their everyday life. Obviously, strategies were worked on because depression and/or anxiety might be present.
Everyone faces times in their life that is challenging. If this situation is not resolved carefully negative issues can arise. The challenge is to resolve the uncertainty before it becomes compounded and more difficult to resolve.

Veterans and adults facing life altering internal struggles.... you're here to find solutions.
You’re here because something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or out of control and you’re ready for things to change. Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, poor anger skills, stress, overthinking, low confidence, or a mix of all of them, you don’t have to keep carrying this burden alone. These issues are common, but they’re also beatable when you have the right support and a clear plan forward.
I’ve worked with thousands of clients who felt stuck in self‑defeating beliefs, guilt, shame, or old patterns that drained the joy out of life. What I’ve learned is simple: when you reconnect with Hope, Purpose, and the strengths you’ve forgotten you have, things start to shift fast. You’re not broken; you’re overwhelmed. And overwhelmed people need support, not judgment.
I’m here to listen without judgment, help you make sense of what you’re facing, and guide you toward healthier perspectives that actually work in real life. I’m Christian‑friendly for clients who want it, and fully comfortable with secular therapy for those who don’t. My job is to meet you where you are, not push you into a box.
I’m also a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan. I’ll gladly work with Michigan fans too… but I can’t promise the same level of nonjudgmental neutrality I offer everyone else. :) And if you’re into grilling, I might even share a few Blackstone secrets along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff — we can be real humans in the room together.
Anxiety & Sleeplessness
Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Trauma and Healing
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Hi, I’m a clinical social worker with a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, including OCD, panic, and generalized anxiety. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which are gold-standard approaches for helping people break free from patterns of fear, avoidance, and compulsive behaviors. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you face what feels overwhelming—at a pace that feels manageable—so you can build confidence, reduce anxiety, and reclaim your life.
Hi, I’m Ashley therapist, animal lover, creative soul, and lifelong daydreamer. I bring a warm and down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe that connection, curiosity, and authenticity are at the heart of healing.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in a good book especially fantasy, romantasy, or dark romance (I’m a proud BookTok girly). Some of my favorite reads have come straight from client recommendations. I always love hearing what’s on your bookshelf.
I’m also a big fan of all things crafty. Paper crafting is my go-to especially junk journals and mini albums but I’ve dabbled in wreaths, t-shirts, and tumblers. My creativity also spills into my love of music, which spans from Sleep Token to George Strait to Eminem. I’m always up for discovering new bands or catching a local show.
On slower days, I love wandering through antique stores and thrift shops. Most of my home is decorated with pieces that have a story either found secondhand or passed down through family. I find comfort in giving old things new life.
Animals have always been a grounding force in my world. I’ve been riding horses since I was four, and my heart horse, Kirby, is my trail buddy and snack-sharing best friend (she’s a big fan of applesauce and cupcakes). My two dogs, Oliver and Dottie, are certified therapy dogs who’ve joined me in visits to hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, and children’s reading programs. Together, Kirby, Oliver, and Dottie inspired the name Free to Wander Counseling, a reflection of my belief that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to explore, play, and connect in gentle, open-hearted ways.
Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here just as you are.

I believe that while pain in life is unavoidable, healing and growth are always possible. My role as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Using evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively with clients to navigate life’s challenges, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience.

The past 8 years have been the most rewarding helping people solve life concerns. Whether it be Depression, Anxiety, Abuse, Trauma, Addiction, Relationships, Psychosis or managing everyday life. Let me help you. I specialize in Faith Based, CBT, Solution focused, Strength based therapy, and provide a safe space for people to receive the care they need.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others solve their problems, so when I decided to pursue therapy, I knew I had discovered my purpose. I ask you to give me the opportunity to walk the path alongside you, helping you along the way to reach your goals. It takes work but I will be there to assist you towards living the life you desire and deserve.
My clients have laughed, cried, practiced new things, and worked very, very hard. The only thing I ask, as a therapist, is to have hope and do the work. Each client is a functioning part of a larger whole that wants to stay the same. I see no sense in blaming a person for situations they did not create; it's what each person does that counts.

Hi! I'm Charlotte and I am an independently licensed social worker in the state of Ohio. I have a background in yoga and meditation, and I enjoy bringing these modalities into the therapy room. My hobbies include anything outdoors- hiking, camping, running, biking, etc. I find a lot of inspiration from traveling, and I hope that this has made me a more well-rounded, open-minded clinician.
I graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016 and I have been practicing counseling in Ohio since October 2016. I have worked with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from teenagers up to retirees. I specialize in working with youth, teens, and adults, but I thrive working with clients across the lifespan. My hope is to help clients achieve their goals for therapy, no matter the age group or struggle.
Hello, I am Samantha but you can call me Sam. I understand the struggles of life and mental health from a professional and personal perspective. Having lived through my own challenges, I've worked hard to transform my life. Through perseverance and dedication, I obtained a Master's of Science in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University.
I began my career working with individuals both adolescent and adults battling addiction for three years, before transitioning into mental health working through each licensure until becoming independently licensed.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, ages 13 -70, across various mental health disorders, including ADHD, relationship issues, anxiety, and mood disorders. My work spans a variety of settings and has worked extensively with the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring an inclusive, affirming approach for all clients.
More recently, my focus has been with family and relationship therapy, understanding how interconnected our mental and relational health are. I also have a special focus on supporting healthcare workers, as I know the unique challenges we face in the field and the importance of having a healthy outlet to process those stressors.
