Tim Is warm, relatable, listens intently without judgment and positive. He gives pats on the back where they’re earned and isn’t unreasonable. Very easy to chat with about all things and can share a laugh to lighten the mental load. He challenges me to remember that giving yourself grace is important too and chunks away at things in manageable bites to not add to daily stress. He’s everything I’d hoped thus far and I’ve been seeing him once a week for about 3-4 months now minus some holiday gaps and I look forward to more progress together in the months to come. I would definitely recommend him

I have found great success in utilizing EMDR for clients who have experienced trauma. Also it’s been useful with reducing urges for addiction and other anxieties.
One approach does not fit all. Like people, problems are different for everybody and it is important to stay open to different techniques to address them.
Great tools to help people address all sorts of issues, situations and moods.
This technique is great to utilize to help someone focus on solutions to their problems. Action oriented. Good for addressing alcohol and drug use and other addictions. Puts you first in the process and tries to meet you where you’re at.
