Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Chicago. I received my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago at Illinois (UIC) and have been practicing for 10 years. I work with adults struggling with anxiety and depression by using client-centered treatment such as Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will help you realize your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected and as we work together to understand this cycle, we will find a way to change those thoughts that bring on anxiety and depression, and replace them with thoughts that aid you to be the person you want to be.

I began training to be a psychotherapist 15 years ago after having worked in publishing for many years. Becoming a Social Worker and helping others has always been a kind of calling for me, but it took a little while for me to arrive at my goal. I hope that that part of my story helps to prove that it is never too late to change or to pursue goals. I continue to integrate the things that I have learned through formal education and through my own experiences of life so that I am best able to help others who are experiencing distress and difficulties with navigating life. We all need additional support from time-to-time, especially given the complicated, fast-changing world we live in. My goal as a psychotherapist is to be a source of support and assistance as you develop insight into the difficulties you face and as you begin to develop strategies for change. Through interactive-therapy sessions, I help you to understand and clarify life’s challenges and I support you as you begin to make the changes that are needed to make progress towards your goals. I help my clients to discover and explore a positive path in therapy that they can then continue to follow as they pursue their goals and their lives independently.

Hi, I'm Jessica Jones! I am a licensed therapist and the founder of Resilient Rose Therapy, a solo practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples step out of chronic survival mode and build deeply meaningful, autonomous lives. I chose the name Resilient Rose because I believe that even in the harshest conditions, we all possess an innate ability to heal, grow, and truly bloom. Whether you are looking to challenge anxious thinking patterns, regulate overwhelming emotions, or understand the protective "thorns" of your relationship history, we will work as a collaborative team. Together, we’ll look past surface-level symptoms to build real-time, day-to-day tools that lower daily tension, helping you step into a more relaxed, confident, and resilient life.

My name is Sabrina Turner. I trained at Bradley University and have 12 years of clinical experience. I focus on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. Throughout my career I have worked with clients of all ages. I primarily use person centered techniques, but I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness depending on the client. In addition, integrative approaches are helpful to most people, which means we look at your overall nutritional and physical well being in conjunction with your mental health. Asking for help is never easy, but connection and relationships help us lead our best lives. My goal is to help you build healthier coping skills for yourself. What that looks like is different for everyone, but I want to help you find your own unique path. During our first session I will ask you to share some background information with me. It can be difficult to share, so please know that my number one goal is to give you a safe, nonjudgemental space to open up. In subsequent sessions we will dive deeper into your reasons for seeking therapy. We will explore techniques that are already working for you and add in new skills along the way. If you are looking for a clinician to walk alongside you while you discover yourself and how to be your best version, we will likely be a good fit!

I am a compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded provider who values creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in meeting people where they are while helping them move toward meaningful growth and healing at a pace that feels right for them. I believe every person has a unique path, and my role is to help illuminate possibilities, build on strengths, and support lasting change. In addition to my work as a therapist, I also bring experience as a veterinary social worker, which has deepened my understanding of the emotional challenges that can come with caregiving, grief, loss, and life transitions. This background allows me to offer added compassion and support, especially for clients navigating the unique bond between humans and animals or the stress that can come with caring for a beloved pet. With a warm and collaborative style, I strive to make therapy feel approachable, respectful, and genuinely connected to each client’s needs. I bring curiosity, care, and intention to my work, and I value helping clients navigate challenges while also reconnecting with their sense of self, purpose, and direction. My practice, Infinite Pathways, reflects my belief that there is more than one way forward, and that healing often begins when people feel supported in discovering what works best for them.

I have found that many people enter therapy not because of a complex mental health issue but because of a general feeling of life not being what they would like it to be. I've been there. Many years ago I embarked on my own personal growth journey and I believe that has made me a more compassionate, empathic therapist. I am very active in the therapeutic process and give direct feedback and suggestions for implementing lifestyle changes. I have been a therapist for over 30 years, specializing primarily in depression/anxiety, relationship issues, and addiction/alcoholism. I believe that pain shared is pain lessened and that people can and do recover from issues that have been troubling them for years. I work with individuals and couples. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach. Think you're ready to start making the changes that you've been thinking about for quite some time? Call me. Let's talk about it. Hello, I am an experienced bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Jane Addams College of Social Work. I have been practicing for over 27 years. I have experience helping children, families, teens, and adults of all ages and diverse backgrounds. My approach is to be actively engaged with my client in therapy. To offer a safe and non judgmental sanctuary to express any challenges and issues openly. I strive to give my client something they can hold on to that makes sense for them and can be implemented in their daily life. My role as a therapist is to keep my clients engaged and motivated to make changes that leads to progress and achieve a meaningful and satisfying life. I will help my client develop a self awareness of how to live the most authentic version of themselves. I use strategies such as assertive communication & boundaries setting, and journal writing to help my client develop a sense of self and how they view those around them. I am an empathic and a compassionate listener, kind and warm. I aim to develop a trusting and non-judgement clinical therapeutic relationship with my client. I know you have many options when searching for a therapist and this process can be overwhelming but I praise you for your strength and courage in taking action steps to seek help. My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent. One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.

I hold a Clinical Psychologist license to practice in Illinois. I completed my doctorate studies at Adler University. My professional experience in treatment spans over 25 years. I believe a person holds the ability to transform their life for the better. I find satisfaction in helping them advance on their path. The following examples show my methods for treating anxiety and depression. The evidence-based treatment method I use for anxiety focuses on individualized symptom-specific approaches that match the client’s needs and personal preferences. The combination of repetitive and irrational thoughts about perceived danger, uncertainty or failure creates distressing mental states which may manifest as negative thought, such as: "I am not good enough" or "something bad will happen" or "I will be fired if I make a mistake." I assist my clients to detect and fight their negative beliefs and thoughts. I guide clients to manage their anxiety symptoms with mindfulness breathing techniques and progressive muscle relaxation methods. With assigned homework including mindfulness exercises, I guide the client to maintain their progress and self-regulation between sessions. My depression treatment approach matches each client's symptoms, their life history, and their social environment. Depression exists on a spectrum from temporary sadness to persistent and severe Major Depressive Disorder. The maintenance of depression relies on negative thoughts such as “I am worthless” or “Nothing will ever get better.” Our focus will be to identify and modify. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients view their depressive thoughts in a non-judgmental manner to reduce their rumination and emotional distress. By teaching problem solving skills and the practice of mindfulness helps the individual become more aware of their physical tension. Assigning homework guides the individual to improve sleep hygiene, self-care, and build effective coping strategies.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing is about more than reducing symptoms—it’s about helping you reconnect with the person you were always meant to be. If you’ve been living in survival mode, carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, know that healing is possible. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you move toward lasting emotional wellness. I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy that honors the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and relationships. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) for couples. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to your unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals, recognizing that every healing journey is different. Many of the people I work with have spent years putting everyone else’s needs before their own. They may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, burnout, unresolved trauma, grief, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Others are navigating difficult relationships, divorce, parenting challenges, or significant life changes and want healthier ways to cope. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck and begin creating new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding that support the life you want to build. Our work together will focus on understanding how past experiences continue to influence your present. We’ll explore the beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns that developed as protective strategies while learning practical skills to regulate your nervous system, manage stress, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate resilience. My goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you create meaningful, sustainable change that lasts long after therapy ends.

At this time, I provide individual therapy to adults dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma among other issues. We work to recognize triggers/barriers to successful living and then learn to effectively reframe these in order to be a better version of yourself.

Welcome! I'm glad that you're here! You are taking an important and courageous first-step towards a better you. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups and downs and discover meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process, where you feel supported, understood, and truly heard. My approach is client-centered and rooted in empathy, which means I meet you where you are and tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals. Because no two people are the same, I use an eclectic blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, Client-Centered Therapy to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for growth, and Brief Solution-Focused Counseling to help you identify strengths and take practical steps forward. This flexibility allows me to adapt our sessions to what works best for you, whether you’re seeking tools to manage stress, improve relationships, or create positive changes in your daily life. Above all, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and confident that you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Illinois, and I am a virtual practice. I help young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and childhood-trauma become the best versions of themselves. I very much like a positive and strength-based approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem.

Even strong, successful couples can struggle behind closed doors. Stress, busy schedules, communication breakdowns, unresolved hurt, intimacy challenges, parenting demands, and career pressures can slowly create distance in a relationship that once felt effortless. I work with couples who want more than just fewer arguments — they want to feel connected, understood, desired, and supported again. Together, we work to improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and create healthier ways of navigating conflict and partnership. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Sex Therapist with 17 years of experience, I help couples strengthen both their relationship and their connection so they can build a marriage that feels secure, passionate, and sustainable long-term.

In 2008, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. After 10 months of treatment, I realized I wanted to work with other cancer fighters and their loved ones. Since my career change to social work and therapy, my experience has broadened to include refugee resettlement, hospice social work, medical social work, and trauma-informed therapy. I am passionate about supporting my clients through grief, trauma, chronic and terminal illness, anxiety, depression, couples counseling, family therapy, and parent training. My goal is to foster an environment where my clients feel supported, validated, and empowered.

I would best describe myself as someone who seeks to provide a compassionate and effective approach to people seeking change. It takes a lot to become a therapist. I often think of a therapist as a rock in a tumbler. We spend a lot of time smoothing out our own rough edges so that we can be helpful to others. Your life is your own. I work with people to discover what they want and what's standing in their way.
