As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing is about more than reducing symptoms—it’s about helping you reconnect with the person you were always meant to be. If you’ve been living in survival mode, carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, know that healing is possible. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you move toward lasting emotional wellness. I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy that honors the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and relationships. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) for couples. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to your unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals, recognizing that every healing journey is different. Many of the people I work with have spent years putting everyone else’s needs before their own. They may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, burnout, unresolved trauma, grief, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Others are navigating difficult relationships, divorce, parenting challenges, or significant life changes and want healthier ways to cope. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck and begin creating new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding that support the life you want to build. Our work together will focus on understanding how past experiences continue to influence your present. We’ll explore the beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns that developed as protective strategies while learning practical skills to regulate your nervous system, manage stress, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate resilience. My goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you create meaningful, sustainable change that lasts long after therapy ends.
Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating, and that’s completely normal. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. There is no pressure to share everything during our first meeting—we will move at a pace that feels right for you. During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, your personal history, your relationships, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. This conversation helps me better understand your unique experiences while giving you the opportunity to ask questions and determine whether we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll begin identifying your strengths, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and discuss the goals that are most important to you. I’ll also explain my therapeutic approach, which integrates trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and practical strategies that support lasting change. You can expect our sessions to be collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you build self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and greater self-trust. Therapy is not about judgment or having all the answers—it’s about creating a space where healing, growth, and meaningful transformation can occur. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, supported, and encouraged, with a clearer understanding of where you are today and a hopeful vision for where your healing journey can lead.
I believe healing is about more than managing symptoms—it’s about creating lasting transformation. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized, recognizing that every person’s story, experiences, and goals are unique. Rather than focusing only on what is wrong, I help clients understand why they feel the way they do while building the skills needed to create meaningful, sustainable change. My greatest strength is creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I combine evidence-based therapies with practical, real-life strategies that help clients move beyond survival and reconnect with themselves. Together, we focus on building self-trust, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, effective communication, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges. I integrate trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) for couples to support healing of the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and relationships. My goal is to empower clients with tools they can continue using long after therapy ends, helping them create lasting emotional well-being and a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling. Above all, I want every client to leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, equipped with practical tools for change, and confident in their ability to move forward with greater peace, resilience, and hope.
I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond survival and create meaningful, lasting change. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship conflict, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. They may feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from themselves or their partner, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is especially effective for those who want to deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, improve communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier relationships. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, regulate your nervous system, develop practical coping strategies, and build the confidence, self-trust, and skills needed to create a more balanced, connected, and fulfilling life. For couples, I provide a supportive space to improve communication, resolve recurring conflict, rebuild emotional intimacy, and strengthen your relationship through greater understanding, accountability, and connection

Mind-body approach
My mind-body approach to therapy recognizes the deep connection between emotional wellbeing, physical health, and nervous system functioning. Stress, trauma, anxiety, and life experiences are not only carried mentally and emotionally, but can also be stored within the body. Through a holistic and trauma-informed lens, I help clients increase awareness of how their thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behavioral patterns are interconnected. This approach integrates emotional processing, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, grounding techniques, breathwork, somatic awareness, and practical coping strategies to support healing from both the inside out and the outside in. My goal is to help clients feel more emotionally balanced, physically grounded, self-aware, and connected to themselves while building healthier patterns that support long-term wellbeing and resilience.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
My mindfulness-based therapy approach helps individuals develop greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation through present-moment awareness and intentional healing practices. Using a holistic and trauma-informed lens, I support clients in learning how to slow down, observe thoughts and emotions without judgment, reduce stress, and reconnect with their mind and body. This approach integrates mindfulness techniques, grounding practices, breathwork, and emotional awareness to support healing, resilience, inner peace, and healthier daily functioning.
Faith based therapy
My faith-based therapy approach integrates emotional healing with spiritual support to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater hope, clarity, and inner peace. Through a compassionate and holistic lens, therapy may incorporate prayer, spiritual reflection, values-based guidance, and emotional processing while honoring each client’s personal relationship with faith. Together, we work to strengthen emotional wellness, rebuild self-worth, process trauma and stress, and cultivate healing, purpose, and deeper connection to self, faith, and overall wellbeing.
Relational
My relational therapy approach for individuals focuses on helping clients understand how past experiences, attachment wounds, trauma, and nervous system patterns impact their relationship with themselves and others. Through a holistic, trauma-informed approach, I integrate emotional awareness, somatic healing, self-reflection, and nervous system regulation to support deeper healing and personal growth. Together, we work to identify unhealthy relational patterns, strengthen self-worth, improve boundaries and communication, and build healthier ways of connecting—while fostering greater self-trust, emotional safety, and authenticity.
Trauma-Focused CBT
My Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) approach supports individuals in understanding how trauma impacts thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the nervous system. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed lens, I help clients identify and reframe unhealthy thought patterns, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and process difficult experiences in a safe and supportive environment. This approach integrates mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and practical tools to support healing, resilience, self-awareness, and long-term emotional wellness.

I was feeling uncertain about starting therapy but after the first session I felt comfortable &supported by my therapist. It was important for me to find a therapist that I felt seen &understood by, I feel I found that. My therapist has helped me have a better understanding about certain behavior patterns &helped me identify coping mechanisms. I feel like I am now able to cope with certain situations in a more healthy manner. I am looking forward to continuing working with my therapist.

For a first session, I felt an immediate connection. I have been putting this off for a while and knew it was time, and quickly realized I made the right choice. She was warm and empowering. I could tell she was listening and actually hearing me. I look forward to what is to come.
