Licensure and Professional Roles
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Texas. These credentials reflect my commitment to providing quality mental health services across multiple states.
Passion and Professional Purpose
My passion for helping others and my desire to encourage those around me are the driving forces behind my career in the mental health field. This dedication motivates me to continue advancing professionally, with the ultimate goal of giving back and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate the complexities of mental health, chronic illness, trauma, and aging. Since beginning my clinical journey in 2012, I've worked in both medical and therapeutic settings, supporting individuals living with serious mental illness and those in long-term care facilities.
With licenses in Georgia, Florida, Virginia, and South Carolina, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi, I bring a compassionate, culturally informed, and evidence-based approach to care. I have experience in helping people cope with trauma, depression, and schizophrenia.
I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Whether you're seeking clarity, stability, or healing, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.
I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?
My approach is compassionate, honest, and collaborative. It can be difficult to hear what needs to be said. I am the kind of therapist who is going to say those things. Your therapist is not meant to be your friend, which can be difficult to understand sometimes. We will navigate difficult things together.
I believe therapy should be more than just talking about problems... it should create lasting change. Together, we're going to build on your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you work toward making your life feel more fulfilling, more aligned with what matters most to you, and more capable of addressing the challenges you encounter. Outside of work, I'm a laid-back person who spends a lot of time reading and playing with my dog.
I'm Dr. Kaytreona Wright, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Social Work. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, postpartum adjustment, school and work stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I provide a supportive space to process challenges, build practical skills, and create healthier patterns.
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in the state of Georgia. I am passionate about helping teens through young adults who have experienced trauma or abuse, and individuals whose current life stressors are negatively impacting their ability to navigate the day to day of life without feeling overwhelmed and unmanageable. I seek to help my clients identify what they experienced, how it is interrupting their life now, and assist them in developing healthy coping skills and goals to move through life with more joy and ease.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages. I am licensed in Illinois, Missouri, Florida, Georgia and Arizona. I have over fourteen years of experience in helping individuals with depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I often practice as a Christian counselor, however, I work with individuals from all faith backgrounds with a non-judgmental approach. I know that taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage. I am proud of you for taking this step and look forward to walking along side of you on your journey.
Hi! I'm a LCMHCS, LPCS, LCAS, CCS based in North Carolina and practicing in NC, SC, GA, TX, AZ, MA, ME, RI, NH and US VI. I received my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University and two Masters from Webster University in Counseling and Health Administration. I have been practicing for over 20 years and enjoy working with a diverse population of people. I have several areas of expertise and enjoy using them to support my clients in their overall life goals and plans for success.
Life is about more than getting through the day. It's about finding reasons to look forward to tomorrow.
Have you ever felt like you're just going through the motions? Maybe you're overwhelmed, feeling stuck, questioning your direction, or simply wondering why life doesn't feel as fulfilling as you'd like it to. Perhaps you're dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, or a life transition that has left you feeling uncertain about what comes next.
I believe that while life can be challenging, it can also be meaningful, exciting, and full of possibilities. I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, and grief, but my passion extends beyond helping people manage difficult emotions. I also enjoy helping individuals rediscover their confidence, reconnect with their strengths, find purpose, and experience more joy and satisfaction in everyday life.
I'll listen without judgment, respect your experiences, and provide a supportive environment where you can comfortably be yourself. But I'll also ask thoughtful questions, encourage you to look at things from different perspectives, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you from moving forward.
And yes, there's room for laughter in therapy, too!
I don't believe my job is to fix you or do the healing for you. Instead, my role is to facilitate the process, help you discover your own answers, and support you as you make changes that feel meaningful to you.
I also believe you don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Therapy isn't just about exploring what's wrong. It's also about discovering what's possible. We'll acknowledge the difficult moments, celebrate the small victories, and work toward creating a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
Come as you are. We'll start there—and explore where you'd like to go.
My name is Janet Muta and I am a Licensed Clinician with over 17 years of experience in mental health, behavioral issues and relationships. I treat individuals from diverse backgrounds. My approach is treating the whole person because most of the time our problems are the outcome of more than just one thing and when I get to know you I am able to address different issues that could be contributing to that one specific problem. We all experience some difficulties in our lives sometimes and we all cope differently. What works for one person/couple who are experiencing a similar situation may not work for another and so I personalize your treatment to fit you. Being in therapy is like being on a journey, I make sure you are in the driver’s seat and I become your great working GPS, guiding you to your desired destination.
I also hold a degree in finance which sometimes come in handy when helping those who are stressed due to financial needs.
Among the treatment modalities I use are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Positive Parenting, Contingency Management...

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) whose work is rooted in truth, love, and compassion. With nearly 15 years of experience in behavioral health, I bring a grounded, human-centered approach to therapy—one that honors the whole person, not just the symptoms.
My clinical philosophy centers on helping individuals return to their authentic selves by exploring identity, emotional truth, and the stories that shape their lives. I integrate trauma-informed care, co-occurring disorder expertise, and evidence-based modalities with a deep respect for each person's lived experience.

Hello, my name is Ricardo Guzman, LCSW. I identify as openly gay and was born in Honduras, but have also lived in Hong Kong, China; St. Paul, MN; and New York City. What inspired me to become a therapist were my own struggles with Coming-out of the closet, experiencing anxiety and depression, having my first heartbreak, as well as dealing with addiction (I am Sober), so I've been there myself. Therapy has helped me find healing in my own life and I know it can do the same to you. I will help you get back to self-love and acceptance.
I’m a therapist who believes in practical tools and deep understanding working hand in hand. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you move toward where you want to be. I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of therapeutic settings, including schools, partial‑hospitalization programs, a child‑advocacy center, and a private practice focused on trauma and child‑centered play therapy. These experiences have allowed me to support children, teens, adults, and couples through many different seasons of life.
Along with Play Therapy, my passion lies in Narrative Therapy—helping people uncover the stories that shape their lives and supporting them as they create new, preferred narratives that reflect their strengths, values, and hopes.
