I have specialized training in TF‑CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, autism, and women’s mental health, including and perimenopausal/menopausal concerns. Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering telehealth services to individuals throughout California, Virginia, and Florida. I am the founder and clinical director of Theraperspectives Counseling, a remote telehealth private practice. My training ranges across modalities with specific focus in EMDR, mindfulness-based and psychodynamic approaches to support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. I have worked in this field since 2015 in various behavioral and mental health clinics, along with all levels of recovery treatment centers with addiction and dual diagnoses. I spend much of my free time with family and friends, dancing, reading, and traveling to new places near and far.
