I was born and bred in Kentucky and have been living in the great state of Florida since 2013. I decided to become a clinician due to my own personal experiences with abuse, feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, fear, self-hate, and low self-esteem. I found a way out of my dark tunnel and emerged into the light, and I want to show others how they can do the same! Empowerment comes from within, and it has been within you all along.
