Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication. My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life. Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.

Hello I'm Adrian. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and work with individuals, couples, and families. Working from a systemic perspective, I look at how the whole system is interacting and functioning. I use a Narrative approach and Brainspotting. I am interested in the narratives or rules that we have picked up from our families of origin, relationships, and experiences. Often, these rules are helpful in the beginning and become a source of struggle down the road. Brainspotting is a trauma modality. More information can be found at brainspotting.com.

I grew up in Las Vegas, NV in a big, blended family. During my internship and following graduation, I worked at an inpatient treatment facility for teens dealing with high suicidality, self-harming behaviors, and psychosis. It was during this time that I began to recognize how much work can be done to prevent crises before they strike, rather than trying to figure it all out afterwards. Also, it isn't just big things like suicide that can be prevented-working to decrease stress, anxiety, increase fulfillment..these are worthwhile too. If you feel nervous/weird/awkward/anxious about therapy, that’s normal. All I can say is, you matter. You are an important part of the world. Let’s work together and see if maybe, just maybe, things could get a little better.

Additionally, I work with individuals with mental health disorders, creating a safe space for healing and using evidence-based treatments. Beyond individual therapy, I actively engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health and addiction. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity questions. My style blends depth-oriented therapy — exploring the deeper patterns and stories that shape you — with practical, evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I spent nine years on the Boulder Crisis Team, providing psychiatric evaluations in ERs, jails, and walk-in clinics, which taught me how to stay calm and effective in moments of distress. In our work together, we’ll use both insight and skills — helping you understand the roots of your struggle while learning concrete ways to regulate emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and create a more meaningful, resilient life.

Hi! I'm Kat, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults, who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship problems, and the pressures of daily life. I believe therapy can be a place to slow down and better understand what's behind the challenges you're facing. My journey in mental health began working with people in crisis. Since then, I have worked in many different settings, including doctor's offices, intensive group programs, and private practice. These experiences taught me that mental health is about the whole person, body, spirit, and the people around you. Over the years, I have gotten really good at helping people who are dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, and addiction. My approach is warm, gentle, and free of judgment. I want you to feel safe being yourself and talking openly about hard feelings, past experiences, or patterns in your relationships. I believe real change comes from both understanding yourself and feeling supported. I work together with my clients to help them communicate better and take better care of themselves. Sometimes my job as a therapist is to challenge old beliefs that are holding you back. Therapy can bring comfort, but it can also help you face hard feelings and learn how to work through them.
