My name is Melissa Chovan, and I have been in private practice since 2014, first in Illinois and since 2019 in Alabama. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, with a particular focus on trauma-informed care and trauma treatment. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and culturally sensitive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful healing and personal growth.
Greetings:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Dothan, Alabama. I have worked in the field of Social Work since 1999. For the first 12 years of my career, I worked for Houston County Department of Human Resources working with families experiencing issues related to abuse and neglect. Since 2011, I have worked in the field of mental health in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
My treatment approach is to meet the client where they are in their given situation and to provide the best help that I can provide. My focus in treatment is to help the client identify and process their emotions and to help the client learn coping skills that they can apply to their situation. The specific treatment modalities that I utilize during the course of treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Supportive Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
I feel that I can be of assistance to anyone in need of counseling services. I can offer the flexibility needed for clients, especially in the age of COVID-19.
I look forward to serving clients and providing the best intervention possible.
I am Raven Lang, a licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health, hospice, and medical social work. I have been providing therapeutic interventions for over 10 years. I am passionate about person-centered care, recovery, and advocacy.
I am also the co-author of The Freeman's Family Feelings, a therapeutic coloring book created with a licensed professional counselor to help children explore and express emotions through art.
My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your full self—without judgment. Together, we’ll work through challenges around anxiety, depression, or self-care, while focusing on building healthy boundaries and strengthening your voice in relationships and within yourself.
You appear calm and put together on the outside, internally you feel overwhelmed and exhausted. You've been doing everything you can to keep things together so no one notices how much you're struggling, but lately it feels harder to manage. You're doing your best to hold on, yet you worry that one more stressful situation could push you past your limit.
You continue to smile, show up, and tell yourself you're okay, even when deep down you know you're not. Because you look “fine” to others, people may not realize how heavy things have become for you. You often minimize your own pain by comparing yourself to others, convincing yourself that you should just be grateful because “others have it worse.” As a result, prioritizing your emotional well-being can feel selfish or undeserved.
If this describes you, and you are ready to stop overthinking, you are no longer willing to put your own needs on the backburner, you are ready to silence the inner critic, work on your personal and/or professional relationships, and you want to stop just going through the motions, we should talk.
I have the credentials that every other therapist has earned, representing the commitment of a competent practitioner. However, its important to note that my caring coupled with my competence makes me who I am.
I am a person of faith, wife (retired military veteran) mother, grandmother, and dog mom. I've navigated many seasons of life overcoming grief and loss, divorce, careers, the sandwich generation (caring for aging parents and small children), financial challenges, and blending a family. All the makings for stress, anxiety, and depression. During these and other dark seasons, it was the professional help holding my hand through the darkness until I could see the light again. Let's walk together to the light.
Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker in FL, AL, TN, and SC, and I am a Christian Counselor who holds to a Biblical world view and this foundation forms the framework to my clinical training and orientation. I have extensive experience in community and emergency mental health, crisis intervention. I was in private practice for 21 years serving individuals, couples, families, community agencies and municipalities. While in private practice I also became a life coach and personal fitness trainer developing a unique approach to behavior and life style change. In 2011 I became employed by the DOD with my duty station at Fort Campbell, KY embedded with the 101st combat aviation brigade as a behavioral health provider. My experience, and creative approaches can have important and meaningful impact on your life.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of experience providing counseling across community mental health centers, school-based settings, and private practice. Growing up in a rural town with limited access to care, I witnessed firsthand the barriers many people face when trying to receive support. That experience shaped my commitment to delivering accessible, culturally responsive, and effective treatment. Since 2019, I’ve offered telehealth services alongside in-person sessions, ensuring clients receive quality care—wherever they are.
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.
Hey! I am Renata. If you are here, you are probably contemplating change. My favorite quote is "tradition is the enemy of progress." There will not be sustained change without addressing potential problems in the way we have traditionally approached our circumstances. If you are open to stepping outside of traditional patterns, you may be ready for a journey of change.

I'm Jalieh (pronounced *dja-leh*) — a trilingual licensed therapist (English, Spanish, Portuguese) with 30+ years of education, training, and practice across clinical, coaching, and community-health work in five countries: Spain, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States. My practice is Dynamic Coherence™.
I work with women across the lifespan who are striving to live their cherished principles in daily practice — from healing to flourishing. Clients often arrive at a threshold: a career shift, a season of parenting or empty-nesting, caregiving, perimenopause, grief, identity, a quiet *"here I go again,"* a longing that no longer fits the life they've built. Many are women of faith — Bahá'í, Christian, Buddhist, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, and seekers — alongside those exploring their spirituality, values, and principles. Some carry religious trauma; some long to live their cherished faith more fully.
My approach is integrative — humanistic, existential and transpersonal at the foundation, with mindfulness, somatic, trauma-informed, and relational-cultural threads woven in. I draw from the current and unfolding evidence-based science and the wisdom of spiritual heritage in my work, for both are complementary systems of knowledge and practice. I work, like the women I serve, as one still becoming — committed to my own unfolding alongside theirs.
What clients tell me, again and again, is that they leave our work knowing how to pause, that they have a choice, and ways to direct that choice with confidence and meaning — clearer about who they are, what they're about, and the gifts they are striving to embody and contribute to a more unified, loving, just and creative world.

Hi, I’m Brandi Eiland, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I help individuals work through anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, and life’s “what now?” moments. Therapy with me is a space to be real, laugh when it helps, and build practical tools to handle life without feeling like it’s handling you.

It is my most sincere belief that everyone deserves to live a life they enjoy living. And it is my belief that the ability to indulge in this is already inside you. As your therapist I am here to simply help you uncover and source what is already there. I invite you to become curious about yourself in the safe container of our sessions so that you can cultivate self-compassion in this process. I draw from my education, training and personal experiences in my work with clients.
My approach is based on the idea that healing is a relational process: I will collaborate with you to create a space where the you feel safe, seen, and understood. I am EMDR therapy trained and with that in addition to polyvagal and somatic informed tools I will help you along your path of self-discovery.
In my practice, I combine traditional and nontraditional methods to help you heal and explore through a process that is playful, accepting, and empathetic. During our sessions, we will focus on cultivating the awareness and skills that will help you find YOU. “we are all just walking eachother home” -ram das
I am a licensed therapist in the states of Alabama, Massachusetts, and Hawaii with 8 years of professional work experience. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
In my sessions, the client leads, and I provide guidance along with way. I tailor each session to fit the need of the individual. We will typically use the M.A.P.S (measurable, achievable, positive, and specific) technique to establish realistic goals
