Hi there :) My name is Tally. I have a gentle, calm presence that creates a safe environment where you can be open and honest with yourself in processing life's challenges. I can help you address the confusion and emotional pain stemming from difficult relationships, and explore positive connections and solutions within yourself. I can be considered a guide on your path to Self-discovery and healing. Together we will explore what energizes and fulfills you, identify areas where you might be giving up valuable energy, and begin to take solid steps toward the freedom and wholeness that you desire and deserve.
I will explain my approach and get a general sense of what brings you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. We can work together to set some initial intentions and develop attainable goals.
I can help you gain a deeper understanding of thought and behavior patterns that might be holding you back, and make steady shifts toward self-acceptance and self-efficacy.
Some of the issues I am passionate about helping adults cope with are: difficult outer and inner relationships, finding purpose, life transitions, anxiety, loss & grief, self-esteem issues, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, depression, and addiction.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I love to assist people in working with their inner parts, with the goal of becoming a better friend to themselves. I hold compassionate space for the healing Self to emerge.
Grief Therapy
I worked in hospice and home health care for 20 years, where I gained skills in supporting clients with processing highly challenging emotions involved with life transitions, difficult family dynamics, chronic illness, caregiver burden, and losses of all kinds.
Trauma Informed Care
I have completed intensive trainings in trauma therapy and am certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional. I recognize how past significant painful experiences can shape people's current path, and I facilitate healing and safety through gentle processing at the client's pace.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I have extensively studied and practiced meditation and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and incorporate this approach in helping clients attend and attune to their internal world and outer experiences.
Strength-Based
I encourage movement toward curiosity and acceptance of wherever a person currently is in their journey. We work together to enhance innate positive qualities that can lead to increased resilience and a sense of empowerment in meeting desired life goals.

Tally does a great job not inserting her opinion or beliefs on you but rather helping you to dig down deep and recognize your own feelings. She’s warm, open and authentic. She’s a great listener and she makes you feel good about yourself by encouraging progress and congratulating hard work.
