My ideal client is one who wants to change but needs guidance on how to do so. I am a warm, engaging, person who will support you through your challenges and celebrate your success. I enjoy helping clients learn new skills and change unhealthy patterns into positive personal transformation. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change.
During our first session I will ask you questions about your current challenges, your past history of goals you would like to achieve through our work together.
