My ideal client is one who wants to change but needs guidance on how to do so. I am a warm, engaging, person who will support you through your challenges and celebrate your success. I enjoy helping clients learn new skills and change unhealthy patterns into positive personal transformation. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change.
During our first session I will ask you questions about your current challenges, your past history and goals you would like to achieve through our work together.
My greatest strengths as a provider are my warmth, my experience and my ability to provide gentle, supportive guidance to help you find healing.

I use CBT and mindfulness to teach practical skills to help you to challenge negative thoughts. I can also provide Exposure Response Prevention therapy to help overcome Anxiety and OCD.
