Hi! I am a doctorate-prepared dual-board certified psychiatry and mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse practitioner (FNP) based in California with over 20 years of healthcare experience. I am licensed in both California and Arizona. I help people of all ages struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic illnesses, stress, spirituality, and burnout become the best of themselves. I use a holistic and compassionate approach and prioritize empathy and patient-centered care.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, assessment and gathering information about your history and the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a customized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the healthcare field for many years, I have a deep understanding that each Client is unique, I value listening and connecting to ensure Clients feel heard, understood, and validated.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with teens, adults, and older adult with depression, anxiety, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, ADHD (with non stimulant treatment), Mood Disorders. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their challenges and life.
