New to Grow
Ask yourself, are you wide awake when all the world is sleeping? Do your bad memories somehow never leave you & show up when your dreaming? Does your life feel complicated? Is it really your fault again? Are you drenching your pillow with tears? Are you afraid you're going to get angry again? Still feeling let down? I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner & disease management coordinator, background in psychiatry & medical care. Treating adults & adolescents in anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, stress & anger management, test anxiety, grief, trauma, short term memory loss as well as other mental health issues.
Services include: Psychiatric evaluation- to assess emotional, behavioral, developmental and psychological needs, diagnosis, treatment planning, education, & prevention focused care. Medication management-this included for teens to the elderly from diverse backgrounds in the privacy of their home through telehealth, for each individual need. Other services-these include patient and family education, psychotherapy with supportive counseling, and natural remedies are available.
I try to be at your level of understanding. We start with assessment then diagnosis. Guidance is then given in choosing the right treatment plan. We work together with awareness of those needs and regaining control of their symptoms-the need to feel more motivated about living, building confidence, self-love, and realistic goals. This is through psychotherapy, medication management and motivation.
My ideal clients are individuals seeking thoughtful and collaborative psychiatric medication management with psychotherapy. I work with anyone that has internally symptoms such as struggling with anxiety, overthinking, burnout, irritability, anger, trauma, depression, panic symptoms, chronic stress, feeling emotional overwhelmed, with low self-esteem, career stressed, with school pressures, identity concerns, and adjustment to new environments or difficulties in relationships and communication. Many of my clients are professionals, students, teenagers, caregivers, or individuals navigating major life transitions who want practical support, emotional wellness, and a provider who truly listens without judgment. I prioritize education, shared decision-making, and creating treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals and lifestyle.
