Our first session would be the initial psychiatric evaluation where we will start with introductions, creating client-provider relationship, getting background information, previous diagnosis, previous treatments, stressors, previous medications and complete medical history in addition to present symptoms. This helps to know the client and create a unique treatment plan. I focus on mood disorder, anxiety, OCD, Sleep disorder, Psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, unipolar depression, bipolar disorder and eating disorder.
