My holistic, personalized approach considers your unique needs and goals, allowing you to receive comprehensive mental health care from the comfort of your own home.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

What you can expect from our first session Through tele-psychiatry sessions, we'll develop a comprehensive treatment plan, and you'll gain coping strategies and feel empowered to take control of your mental health. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and optimistic with clarity and personalized strategies to live your best life. I'm looking forward to working with you!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

A bit about my approach to therapy I'm well-versed in traditional therapeutic techniques as well as evidence-based medication management to ensure my patients receive the most thorough level of care. My holistic approach considers your unique needs when crafting a treatment plan that will work best for you! I am passionate about the work I do, listening intently to every detail you share.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Seeking mental health care is a courageous first step, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with children, adolescents, and adults seeking compassionate, personalized care that goes beyond treating symptoms. Together, we'll explore the underlying challenges affecting your well-being and develop practical strategies that support lasting growth and emotional wellness. Many of my clients come to me for support with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered, and to provide a strengths-based, affirming approach that recognizes each person's unique abilities and experiences. I also enjoy partnering with parents who are seeking guidance in supporting their child's emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. I believe parents are essential members of the treatment team, and I provide practical tools, education, and ongoing support to help families thrive both at home and at school. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and holistic. Depending on your needs, treatment may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical coping skills that you can apply in everyday life. I believe the best outcomes occur when we work together to create a treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and strengths. Whether you're seeking answers for yourself, advocating for your child, or simply ready to feel more balanced and confident, I would be honored to partner with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Supportive

As a PMHNP, I create a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their feelings, thoughts, and concerns. I listen to my patients, validate their emotions, and acknowledge their experiences. We will both work as a team to develop a treatment plan tailored to my patient's needs.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a PMHNP, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients recognize the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. During sessions, I work collaboratively with patients to identify negative or distorted thinking patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. I teach evidence-based coping skills such as cognitive restructuring, problem-solving, behavioral activation, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness to improve emotional regulation and daily functioning. Patients are encouraged to practice these skills between sessions through homework assignments and self-monitoring exercises, promoting long-term symptom management and resilience. CBT is integrated with medication management and psychoeducation when appropriate, providing a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to improving mental health outcomes.
