Having worked in the field of nursing for over 15 years, I have honed in on the skill of human connection. This skill allows me to relate with individuals from all works of life and stage of recovery. My ability to see people clearly without judgement, significantly provides me insight in creating treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
I love working with clients struggling with symptoms of ADHD, Depression, anxiety, and career burn-out. Clients who are dedicated with improving their mindset, and taking a hold of their destiny no matter the circumstance are most likely to find our interactions meaningful.
Healing and treatment of mental health conditions starts with a listening ear and an open heart. Throughout my 14 years of nursing and specifically the last 3 years as a nurse practitioner, this has been an underpinning value of my practice.
