New to Grow
Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, overly formal, or like you’re being analyzed the entire time. My approach is real, interactive, and focused on helping you actually see change. I create a space where you can be honest and comfortable, but I won’t just sit back and nod. I’ll help you recognize patterns, challenge what’s not working, and look at things from perspectives you may not have considered. I’m supportive, but I’m also direct—and I use humor when it fits to keep things human. If you’re open to honest conversations, trying new approaches, and doing the work to feel better, we’ll likely be a strong fit.
In a typical session, you can expect a relaxed, nonjudgmental space where we talk honestly about what's going on in your day to day life. I use CBT, strengths-based, person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. My style is calm and relaxed while being focused on practical tools and new perspectives you can realistically implement into your daily life.
My approach to therapy is relaxed, real, and interactive. I create a space where you can be yourself while also helping you move forward. I use humor when it fits, keep things conversational, and build strong connections so you feel comfortable opening up. I’m not here to just listen—I help you see patterns, shift your thinking, and challenge what’s keeping you stuck in a way that feels supportive, not harsh. My goal is for you to leave sessions with more clarity, direction, and tools you can actually use. I work with kids, teens, and adults, and adapt my approach to fit each person. If you’re open to honest conversations, new perspectives, and making real changes, we’ll likely work well together.
I have experience working with clients of all ages, genders, and races. I like to provide a different perspective that the client may not have considered and challenge their way of thinking. If a client has a clear goal in mind they are trying to reach I will hold them accountable with each session if that is what kind of support they are looking for. If a client requires more of a softer or less direct approach I can accommodate with that vibe as well.

Using interviewing techniques to learn more about my client while also challenging their thoughts and beliefs in a positive way through being inquisitive.
