Warm
Solution oriented

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California. I got my Doctorate degree from John F. Kennedy University in 2014. I like working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals with trauma histories. I believe clients can face any problem or challenge in life by experiencing a genuine connection with a non-judgmental, supportive person.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, once we've had a chance to introduce ourselves to each other, we can discuss the specific challenges you are facing that you want to focus on. Once we figure out your hopes for therapy, we can develop treatment goals together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in many different settings and with many different populations, I am quite skilled at forming strong connections with my clients that allows them to heal and grow.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with teens, adolescents, and adults who want to learn more about themselves and are open to exploring how their past experiences have impacted their current lives.

Narrative

I believe that people are the experts on their own lived experiences. As your therapist, I will work collaboratively with you (and/or your family) to explore the various ways problems have influenced your life, and together we will identify your strengths and the resources needed to for you to live your best life.
