Hello! I'm a Licensed Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Walden and have practiced for over one year. I help young and older adults struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, career stress, and burnout become the best versions of themselves. My journey in healthcare began as a Pharmacy Technician and Instructor, where I developed a passion for helping patients understand their medications and nutritional needs. This experience fueled my transition into nursing, where I have worked in various settings such as critical care, psych unit, rehabilitation, and urgent care, further enriching my patient care background. My commitment to personalized care is unwavering. I always take into account each patient's unique background and health requirements. My experience includes administering medications and developing specific care plans to educate patients on managing conditions like HTN and diabetes. My commitment to continuous learning is unwavering. I have actively participated in numerous training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the best practices in healthcare. Whether providing bedside care, conducting patient education, or supporting fellow nurses, my goal is always to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Outside of work, I am deeply involved in community activities and am passionate about staying physically active. I believe in the power of community in promoting health and well-being, and I look forward to supporting you with personalized and compassionate care
