I like how he is explaining why he is asking certain questions. Even though it was my first session, it gives a sense of purpose and allows the patient to feel like a part of the process as opposed to being told what's going on and what needs to happen.

Sergio is extremely insightful. He was able to see what was wrong, and correct and challenge, push back against some of my ideas. He was able to dig deep and really get to the heart of what I am feeling and going through. I look forward to working with him in the future.
