I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. My specialties lie in helping others navigate such challenges as depression, anxiety, stress, family conflict, stress management and trauma. My clients are motivated to learn the skills needed to meet their unique goals.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
We will use CBT to help recognize and modify irrational thinking patterns. It's helpful to recognize how thoughts, feelings and behaviors influence each other. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. Trauma Informed Care
It is necessary to consider how what happened to us in the past influences our current functioning. We'll work together to recognize and relieve the impact of trauma.
Strength-Based
In order to set you up for success, we will work together to identify your strengths and utilize those to assist in accomplishing your treatment goals.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Our body often sends signals that we are in distress or discomfort before our brains recognize this. I will support you in identifying these signs and increasing awareness of your emotions.
