Hello! I’m Mindy Rochlin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California, offering statewide Telehealth services. I hold a Master's degree from Fordham University and bring 22 years of specialized experience in addressing drug and alcohol addiction. Many of my clients also face underlying mental health challenges, such as anxiety and depression. I work collaboratively with them to navigate their substance use issues while also addressing their mental health needs, empowering them to achieve lasting wellness.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, you can expect a warm, supportive and non-judgmental environment where we’ll focus on how you’ve been feeling lately. I’ll ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of your experiences with addiction, anxiety, and depression and and how it has impacted your life. This initial meeting is all about building a connection and exploring the best path forward tailored to your unique journey. I’m here to listen and to help guide our discussions in a way that feels right for you.
