Hi I'm Laura! I received my master's degree from Rutgers University of New Jersey. I've worked in many different settings over the last 15 years. I'm passionate about the work I do. I can't wait to partner with you to assist you in your journey and to help you see how much change and growth can truly happen when we are ready and willing!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Judgement free zone! I will walk with you and help you to identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
