I have 17 years of experience working with children, youth, adults and families combat the various struggles in their life. My overall goal is to assist my clients with becoming the best version of themselves regardless of their past trauma and current state. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is for us to get to know one another, complete the intake and for you to ask me any questions that you would like to know before you decide if you want to continue working with one another.
