In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions and build rapport. I will ask questions to understand who you are, your strengths and goals, what you have experienced, what challenges you are facing, and together we will build a plan tailored to you and your needs. As you know, meeting someone for the first time and sharing personal information can be difficult. My goal is to help you understand that you are in control, you can share as much or as little as you see necessary. We will work together in follow up sessions to address your concerns or issues.
My greatest strength is "Meeting people where they are at". I strive to create a comfortable and safe space, for my clients to freely express themselves. Therapy is not a "one size fits all". We are all unique, with innate strengths and needs. I am privileged and honored to work with each client I serve. I treat my clients with the utmost respect and care. I will challenge you, encourage you, and support you throughout your counseling journey.
I love working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. Each unique, and their own. I work hard to understand your family dynamics, unique strengths and skills, and needs to connect with you. Whether you love sports or crafts, we will find a way to creatively incorporate it in the work we do. It is my passion to serve you and your needs.
