I have worked for more than a decade in the mental health field, where I have excelled at assisting individuals whom desire change and healing. My approach to therapy is person-centered and solution-focused, focused on offering a kind, compassionate, yet straightforward approach to growth, which encourages individuals to think deeper and build connections that will assist them with a better understanding of the underlying issues. I believe in an integrative approach to exploring and treating the root causes to mental health symptoms, honing in on the mind body connection and somatic awareness and resolution.
In the first session you can expect to help me understand your concerns, symptoms, and overall goals of treatment but also identify areas of strength and resilence.
