What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As we progress in our therapeutic relationship the goal is to address any concerns or challenges you may be facing. You will begin to feel confidant using your coping strategies as we progress. Building rapport and trust is critical to the therapy experience and success.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use several treatment methods depending on the issues we are addressing. My approach is integrative and some of the modalities I use include CBT, DBT, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I am always looking to widen my knowledge and invest in learning new methods to help my clients.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have enjoyed working with individuals that need help with anxiety and adjusting to life changes and challenges.
