I am a Psychotherapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience helping adults, families, and children navigate a wide range of mental health challenges. Originally from Italy, I relocated to the United States in 1990, starting my journey in New York City before settling in San Francisco. My professional training began in Italy with an emphasis on the psychodynamic object-relations model, leading to a doctoral degree in Psychology of the Arts from Bologna University. Since 2001, I have been based in California, where I earned a Master’s in Counseling from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto. In addition to my private practice, my diverse experience includes supporting the reunification of mothers in recovery with their prenatally drug-exposed children in a residential program in San Francisco, working as an outpatient Psychiatric Social Worker for adults in Monterey County, counseling dual-diagnosed teenage mothers in Oakland, and providing therapy at Bay Side Marin, a residential treatment center in the Bay Area. For the past five years, I have worked as a Licensed Crisis Specialist for Marin County. My therapeutic approach is integrative, dynamic, and holistic, with a strong focus on mindfulness, creative expression, and energy therapy.

My practice is anchored in transpersonal psychology, drawing from humanistic and person-centered approaches, and inspired by Carl Jung’s view of our innate drive for wholeness. I believe that everything in the psyche serves a purpose, contributing to self-actualization and healing. Within this framework, even the most challenging symptoms can be seen not as something to be pathologized, but as valid opportunities for spiritual emergence—inviting you to embark on a transformative healing journey into your heart. I believe that the reality you seek resides within you, and my role is to provide a space where you can connect with your true Self, free from false beliefs, external pressures, and distorted narratives. My approach to counseling is heart-centered, strength-based, and holistic. Within the transpersonal framework, I incorporate creative expression and energy therapy along with a variety of modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
