Hi, I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner in the New Jersey area. I received my master's from Monmouth University and Wilkes University. I have been practicing for 7 years. I help children, young adults and adults with anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, and bipolar disorders. I love to help resolve the complexity of dealing with life. The challenges of life sometimes become unbearable. I derive pleasure in working together with you to reach a resolve and, in restoring your peace of mind back to a place of tranquility.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions to familiarize ourselves, and create a raport to build trust and easy flow of information. We will then delve into the specific challenge that brings you to me. This will help to create a tailored plan for us to work together in resolving the challenge and providing the peace of mind you seek.
