*Only accepting clients with daytime availability before 3pm, at the moment.* Do you often feel like life is throwing you curve ball after curve ball? Like daily stressors are leaving you exhausted and overwhelmed? Anxiety? Depression? Irritability? Difficulty organizing yourself or losing Focus? Past Trauma? The fact that you are reading this means that you are taking a major step to get yourself help and I admire that. I have over 12 years of experience as a therapist, and my goal is to meet you where you are in the present moment and provide you with a safe, accepting, and supportive environment to develop skills that will promote healing and growth. Together we will work on identifying your needs and using your strengths to develop a healthy balance and happiness in life. I have extensive experience working with teens, adults and elderly. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy. I work well with mental health disorders such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders. I also work well with women's issues, parenting difficulties, school issues, work problems, relationship issues, substance abuse/recovery, Family function, and Trauma. I am also bilingual and am fluent in English and Spanish.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session we will review reasons for seeking therapy, get to know each other, review therapy style and I will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Treatment is tailored to your needs and is personalized to meet you where you are in your journey but not keep you where you are. Be ready to work! You've got this! I have an eclectic style but incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based, Strength Based, Person Centered, Humanistic, Trauma Focused, Positive Psychology and Culturally Sensitive Therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength as a therapist is my ability to provide a "no judgement", supportive, empathic environment that will make you feel comfortable and empowered in treatment. I am authentic and can relate with strong life experience to overcoming life's hardships.
