New to Grow
I’m a therapist who works at the intersection of emotional intelligence, attachment, identity, and the messy, complicated realities of relationships. My clients come to me when things feel overwhelming but they’re not willing to give up on themselves. They’re smart, self-aware, and intuitive, they just need someone who can meet them where they are, without judgment or sugarcoating. I am here to do that.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In therapy, your job is to tell your story wholeheartedly. My role as a therapist is to listen, help teach new skills, and challenge you to see new ways to live your life. You already have all the answers inside of you, I am just here to help uncover them.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I bring a warm, introspective, and playful approach to therapy. I like to challenge my clients, gently but firmly, while creating a safe space where they can be fully themselves. I encourage authenticity and curiosity in every session, often using real-life experiences, analogies, and metaphors to help clients see their challenges from new perspectives.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are those who are open-minded, willing to do the work, and ready to explore life without judgment.
