I work with adults on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, communication, and intimacy, parenting and family struggles, and insomnia and sleep issues. My practice integrates tools of mindfulness, stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I support clients in finding their values and putting those values into action in their daily life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, we will explore your reasons for beginning therapy and discuss your desired changes. Collaboratively, we will develop goals for our time together. The following sessions will focus on challenges as they arise as well as experimenting with new ways of being. Keeping your goals in mind will help us see progress, highlight areas in need of greater attention, and celebrate your successes. You can find healing, hope, and deeper connections in your relationships.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In every session I am present as a listener and compassionate supporter, while also viewing my role a bit like a handyman showing up with a box of tools and offering different options for clients to try.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients to build curiosity about the challenges of life, and develop greater resilience to navigate challenging and joyful times.
