New to Grow
I am a clinical social worker with over 7 years of experience working with individuals battling severe mental health illnesses and acute symptoms. I believe that within each of us lies the power to create lasting change, even when life feels overwhelming. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique experiences. You are the expert of your own story, and I'm here to walk alongside you as we navigate life's challenges together.
No matter what you are facing-whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, lack of motivation, or low self-esteem-my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Our first session is all about getting to know what brings you to therapy and discussing your current behavioral health goals.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I attempt to bring a more client-centered approach, I draw from a range of evidence-based practices; such as cognitive behavioral health therapy and motivational interviewing-to help you reshape thought patterns, tap into your inner strengths, and find a greater balance and fulfillment.
If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, or transitions in life; I'm here to explore ways that will assist you in managing your day to day responsibilities. I also try to hone in to your unresolved childhood trauma/issues that continue to impact your life today. Our past experiences impact how we manage present life, my goal is to help you move forward despite those experiences.
