Hello, I am a board certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. I received my Masters from the University of Texas, my DNP from Frontier University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help ages from 10 and 100yrs old who is struggling with all manner of mental health condition including but not limited to BIPOLAR, SCHIZOAFFECTIVE, SCHIZOPHRENIA, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, ADHD, BPD, MOOD DISORDER, EATING DISORDER, career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a individualized plan for us to work through to met set goals.

listening to my patient, building trust and good rapport which in turn helping to identify the root cause of the different challenges, diagnoses and create a tailored treatment plans that leads to measurable progress/goals.

I love working with all ages from 10 and above with different backgrounds no matter the race, economical standard or education back ground. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their conditions.
