Motivational Interviewing
I will utilize motivational interviewing as a counseling method to help my patients resolve their ambivalent feelings and insecurities, enabling them to find the internal motivation necessary to change their behavior. It is a practical, empathetic, and short-term process that takes into consideration the difficulty of making life changes.

She is very kind, considerate of my feelings of my needs and of my understanding the process. At the end, she came back to double check if I needed anything if I had missed anything we needed to talk about and need anything else.
